At the helm of this venture are Andres Rodriguez and Luz Rodriguez, a dynamic duo whose commitment to ethical and transparent real estate dealings sets them apart.

Who Is Orbit Properties?

Andres Rodriguez, the co-owner and co-founder, embodies a mix of dedication, integrity, and ambition. A proud United States veteran, Andres served in the army as a Satellite Communications Engineer, honing skills in teamwork and discipline. His journey into Florida’s real estate began in 2019, where he honed an eye for acquiring off-market properties. What drives him? The belief that real estate is the embodiment of the American Dream, a tool that can pave the way for a secure financial future for many generations. But beyond real estate, Andres is a man of values. With experiences of juggling multiple jobs and yearning for quality family time, he prioritizes time over money, emphasizing the need for a work-life balance.

Luz Rodriguez, the co-owner and co-founder, is the heart and soul of the operation. Her ten years in the real estate realm, especially in the title industry, equipped her with invaluable knowledge. From processing closing documents to liaising with real estate brokers, Luz’s comprehensive experience is a testament to her expertise. Beyond business, her world revolves around her family, comprising her husband Andres, their son Fox, and three rescue dogs. Inspired by her loved ones, she chases dreams and consistently aims for personal and professional growth. And if you’re more comfortable discussing property matters in Spanish, Luz is your go-to person!

I’m passionate about making an impact in the community. I like to provide sellers with the different options they have when selling the property and walk them through the process. Most importantly I believe everyone should have the opportunity to live in a safe and secure environment. One of the reasons my husband and I decided to take this path was to be able to provide affordable safe housing for our tenants.
